Custom Email Reminder Frequency by Document Type

Feature:
Allow email reminder frequency to be set by document type, not just globally.

Rationale:
Different documents require different follow-up cadences (e.g., weekly for plan documents, bi-weekly etc.). A single global setting doesn’t offer enough flexibility and can lead to inefficient client follow-up.
