Cleaner records, steadier workflows.
This release is focused on a variety of performance improvements under the hood: a new way to remove records where you're working, a handful of refinements, and a list of fixes across tasks, census, automations, and the client portal.
Delete contacts, companies, and plans where you're working
You can now remove records from the page you're already on.
Contacts: Open a contact and choose Delete from the options menu in the top corner. After you confirm, the contact and any pending invitations sent to them are removed.
Companies and plans: The company and plan detail pages now have an options menu with Delete, so you no longer need to go back to the table. When you delete from the table, the confirmation now names the company or plan you're removing.
Improvements:
Comments: A Post button now appears under the comment box as soon as you start typing, on company, plan, people, project, and issue pages.
Companies, Plans, and Deals: Right-click any company, plan, or deal card to open it in the current tab or a new one.
Library Forms: The "Show when" question list on conditional web forms now lists questions only, without section headers.
Library Projects: The Save to Project Field dropdown now lists your project data fields for Fill & Sign Document client tasks.
Fixes:
Automations: Deleting a task from a project no longer stops the next automation in the project from running.
Automations: Collect info via email now sends each configured reminder email, not just the first message.
Census: The census scrub no longer flags a false "Total Compensation increased substantially" warning for employees who worked only part of last year.
Census: First-year plans no longer show prior-year termination or rehire date errors for employees with no prior-year record.
Client Portal: Sponsors can approve ownership and submit their census without hitting an access error.
Client Portal: Clients switching payroll providers now see the full provider list.
Comments: Pressing Enter submits a comment again on company, plan, people, project, and issue pages.
Companies and Plans: Unsaved edits on one company or plan no longer carry over when you navigate to another record.
Dates: Comments and activity posted in the evening no longer display with the next day's date.
Email: Scheduling a message for "Monday morning" on a Monday now schedules it for the following Monday, and dates in a later month are accepted as future dates.
Files: Opening a link to a deleted or unavailable file now shows a not-found message instead of loading indefinitely.
Filters: Deleting a saved filter now completes and closes cleanly, newly saved filters no longer appear twice, and a failed save now says so.
Number Fields: Plan years display as 2026 rather than 2,026.
Participants: Estimated hours now calculate correctly for plan years that don't end on 12/31.
Participants: The participant page now loads for plans without provisions or a plan year end.
Participants: A participant can no longer be merged into itself, and a merge that fails partway no longer leaves records half moved.
Payroll and Participants: Participant, plan, and payroll report pages now show an error instead of loading indefinitely when something goes wrong.
Plan Admin: Deleting a census task now updates the plan's admin status.
Projects: Starting, flagging, or reassigning a task now updates the project's progress, next task, and status right away.
Projects: Bulk delete now correctly removes tasks from assigned projects.
Reporting: Milestones now reflect completed census collection projects.
Required Fields: Required fields set on a new task are now saved and enforced.
Required Fields: Tasks with empty required fields can no longer be completed from the To Do tables on company and plan pages.
Required Fields: The required field description no longer overlaps the Blocked checkbox.
Search: Searches containing "&", "+", or "#", such as "Smith & Sons", now return the right results.
Tags: Tags added while creating a company, plan, or deal are now saved.
Tasks: The task count now shows without needing to click the Tasks button.
