Reporting and Performance Improvements to CX

This release contains bug fixes and performance improvements, with updates across email, reports, settings, files, and client session replays.

Improvements:

• Client Portal: Fixed an issue where client session replays showed a "Session replay needs a computer" message when opened on a desktop monitor; replays now play with full controls visible.

• Email: Fixed an issue where emails sent from Email Templates could arrive with extra spacing and an oversized logo in the sender signature; sent emails now match the formatting you set up in the template.

• Files: Fixed an issue where the zoom controls in the PDF viewer toolbar scrolled the document instead of zooming in or out.

• Report Agent: Fixed an issue where larger or more detailed report requests could fail with an error partway through; Stax.ai now shows a "Still working on it…" message and delivers the finished report, even for requests that take longer to build.

• Settings: Fixed an issue where fields in Settings could drop characters or fail to update while you typed or pasted text; your entries now stay in place and save as expected.
