Ability To Filter By Internal Role and Bulk Reassign by Internal Role, instead of Individual Employee (User)

I would like the ability when looking at projects or plans to filter by Internal Role and reassign projects by internal role, instead of just the user name.

    @JPerryman Could you give me a bit more detail as to how you’re thinking this would work? For example, if you have a list of projects, would you want to filter by projects that contain a specific role, or where “John Smith” is the role of plan consultant? Or something else?
