Example Update to UI Instruction:
“To ensure complete census data, please include the full Social Security Number (not just last 4 digits) and total hours worked for each employee in your payroll report.”
This clarification will help plan sponsors submit accurate data the first time, reduce manual follow-up, and support smoother data mapping into the system.
