Currently, the plan admin page has predetermined admin status’s that you can choose from.
Based on specific workflows from each TPA, the option to create your own admin status categories could help optimize how a TPA tracks the status of their workflow.
Based on functionality of the page, these would have to be manually updated by the TPA, since they would be different across the board.
