Duplicate Form Templates in CX

Feature
Enable users to duplicate existing Form templates in the CX platform, similar to the “Duplicate Project” functionality. This would copy all fields, logic, and configurations into a new editable template.

Example
A user creates a comprehensive onboarding form for Q3. For Q4, they want a nearly identical form with only minor updates (e.g. date ranges, one new question). Instead of recreating it manually, they click “Duplicate”, rename the new template, make quick edits, and publish.

Rationale
Duplicating templates streamlines form creation, reduces repetitive work, and minimizes the chance of configuration errors. It supports faster iteration and consistency across teams.
