Email Notification of Updates Made to Contacts on Client Portal

It would be awesome if the Analyst/Administrator at our company assigned to a plan could recieve an email notification of any updates to plan or external contacts that are made on the client portal, so that we can ensure all of our databases are updated. A clear notification in CX would work as well.
