Hi @Lauren Diedrich thanks for the feedback! Are you thinking for text fields and checkboxes/radio buttons? I imagine when it comes to signatures and other dynamic values, it might get a bit tricky to display those in a spreadsheet? Unless we do just a true/false value. What do you think?

@Andrew Flowers I think the T/F could work for items that are not text fields, checkboxes, and radio buttons.
