Multiple Signers for a Single Document/Form

Feature Description

Enable clients to assign multiple authorized signers to a single document or form within Stax.ai CX. Each signer should be able to review, sign, and timestamp their approval, with the system recording a full audit trail.

Rationale

Currently, many benefit and payroll forms require the approval of more than one stakeholder. Limiting documents to a single signer creates delays, workarounds, and compliance risks.

Allowing multiple signers will:

• Improve compliance: Ensures all required parties approve before submission.

• Reduce delays: Eliminates the need to pass documents around manually or outside the platform.

• Provide transparency: Built-in audit trail shows exactly who signed, when, and in what order.
