New Task Status 'Not Needed'

On tasks, there is a status it can be set to, ‘Complete, In Progress, To-do’. This would allow tasks to be set to a new ‘Not Needed’ status where it completes the task but when reporting is done, it allows for the reporting to show that the task wasn’t actually ‘Completed’, but just marked as ‘Not Needed’ for that particular project.
