“No Changes” Checkbox for Annual Plan Questionnaire

Suggestion:
Add a checkbox option to the Annual Plan Questionnaire screen that reads:

✅ "All information remains the same as last year."

Once checked, this would auto-fill or skip sections that haven't changed, allowing users to confirm accuracy without re-entering redundant data.

Rationale:
Many plan sponsors renew with little or no change year over year. Currently, they're required to manually re-review or re-enter all fields, which adds unnecessary friction. A "No Changes" option would:

• Speed up the annual questionnaire process

• Reduce data entry errors

• Improve user satisfaction

• Allow the TPAs to prioritize reviews where changes actually occurred
