Sharing Multiple Public Files with a secure share link/folder

Currently in CX, if you are wanting to share a file securely to someone who does not have client portal access, you can only share one file at a time. If you are wanting to share multiple files, you have to create multiple links.

You can create a shared folder, that a person outside of the client portal can have access, however, that is only to upload files. Not download them.

The feature request would be to either allow to select multiple files and create one link to share to public users.

Allow the public shared folder to upload and download files.
