The ability to modify the layout and data included on distrobution and other Payroll Reports

Distribution teams have said it would be helpful to have hours for each year for individual participants. They also want the history since they need to know how many hardships they've had in a 12-month period, not just the plan year.

The reports are currently canned reports and are not editable by the user. The user may need to pull multiple reports separately, then stitch them together to get the needed data.

Ultimately, editable/buildable payroll/census based reports would be useful.
