Features and Improvements

Annual Payroll Frequency Option in Client Portal: We have added an "Annual" option to the payroll frequency dropdown for census data collection tasks in the Client Portal. This was done to support plan sponsors and TPAs who manage annual payroll cycles.

Filtered Contacts Export Report: We have added the ability to export filtered contacts into a report that includes first name, last name, email, phone, company, and role details. This was introduced so teams can quickly turn targeted contact views into actionable lists for outreach and operations.

Tasks Page Automation and Assists Updates: We have updated the Tasks page to allow filtering by automations and to default Assists to show all tasks. This was done to improve visibility into automated workflows and reduce the need to adjust views each time the page is opened.

Retroactive Task Completion Logging Across Existing Work: We have expanded retroactive completion logging so task completion reporting can be applied more broadly using task-name matching, not only template-level mappings. This was done to improve historical consistency when reporting rules are updated after work is already in progress. Learn More

Bug Fixes:

Remove Census Imported Badge in Company View: Resolved an issue where the "Census Imported" badge remained visible in the company view when it should not display.

Plan Admin Status Activity Log Labels: Fixed plan admin status activity logs so they now display readable status labels (for example, "Data Request Sent") instead of internal enum values.

Missing created_at on Some Census Records: Fixed an issue where create/import census flows could insert records without a created_at value.

Client Portal Multi-Portal Login List Readability: Resolved a display issue where users with access to multiple client portals could not clearly view and scroll the portal selection list.

Client Portal Owners/Officers Submission: Addressed an issue in the owners/officers flow so related/principal participant data is set correctly during submission.
