This release includes a major new workflow enhancement along with usability improvements and bug fixes to improve platform reliability and performance.
We have launched a new milestone tracking and reporting experience that unifies milestone setup, reporting, and day-to-day updates in one workflow. We have done this to replace fragmented task-completion views with a cleaner, milestone-first model that includes improved table layouts, inline actions, better navigation, and more consistent UX patterns.

We have added a bulk recalculate option for Plan Admin statuses from the UI. We have done this to reduce repetitive manual recalculation when many records need refreshes.
What it means for you: You can calculate large sets of plan statuses in significantly less time.
We have updated census instructions shown to plan sponsors in the client portal to better reflect correct inclusion criteria. We have done this to reduce misinterpretation and prevent avoidable census submission mistakes.
What it means for you: You receive cleaner client-submitted data and spend less time correcting preventable census errors.
We have added additional messaging when completing client tasks to clarify that when completing a client task it will remove it from the client portal.
Address Selector Input Color - We resolved an issue where typed address text could render in an unreadable color.
Census Relationship Removal Behavior - We fixed a defect where removing selected family relationships in census workflows did not persist correctly.
Bulk Delete Participants Action - We resolved a Plan Admin issue where bulk participant deletion actions were not being applied.
Client Portal Invite Modal Submission - We fixed the invite permissions modal flow so submit behavior completes without requiring a manual page refresh.
Owners and Officers Export Output - We fixed a reporting defect that could prevent Owners and Officers export files from generating.
Negative Totals Display in Data Views - We resolved incorrect negative value presentation in totals-related data views.
Participant Task Compensation Visibility - We resolved a defect where compensation values could appear missing in participant task review after import.
Year-End Questionnaire/Census Submission - We resolved a submission flow defect that could block year-end census questionnaire completion.
Ownership Approval Progression - We fixed a flow issue that could prevent progression after confirming an ownership approval with no entries.
Payroll Export SSN Accuracy - We resolved SSN mapping errors in exported payroll files.
Client-Uploaded Census File Access - We fixed a defect where uploaded census files were not consistently accessible from payroll/reporting views.
Prior-Year Inactive Participant Carryover - We fixed census logic that could incorrectly include prior-year inactive participants in current-year data.
Portal Access Authentication Failure - We resolved a login/access issue affecting portal authentication for some users.
Payroll Sync Error-State Mismatch - We fixed payroll sync state handling where connections could report errors despite successful sync records.
Plan Admin Status Persistence - We resolved issues where Plan Admin statuses displayed incorrectly or did not persist after updates.
Email Blast PDF Attachment Handling - We fixed email blast behavior so PDF files are sent correctly as attachments.
Email Portal Link Encoding - We resolved an email encoding issue that could route users to the wrong destination.
Invalid Download File ID During Census Approval - We fixed a census approval defect that triggered invalid download file errors.
Projects Tab Client Filter Results - We resolved a filtering issue where valid projects were not returned for specific client searches.
