In TPA Assets, you are able to generate reports and schedule those reports to go out. There is no filter for an assignee of the plan it falls under, this would add an ‘assignee’ field to those selectable options.

Added Assignee to Generating Reports inside of TPA Assets

Per a client, they brought up how when a batch of statements are uploaded, there is an original upload that then splits into each individual statement. On the original uploads, you can see on the right hand side all the splits made for that batch. You can see the file name of the split and where it is located. The client suggested adding to the end of the statement name the total page # for that statement. As it would be helpful for their team of scanners.

A client has reached out in regards to getting the ability to generate user reports for their team. The report would be able to show the frequency of user logins and the amount of time a user spent in the system per login. Those were the basic parameters that they were asking for, but if there could be advanced metrics such as the ability to see which plans were viewed by the user and if that user ran trust accounting for it.Seems to be a good addition to help with performance tracking and be able to track which plans are not getting enough attention or too much attention. Probably would allow the visibility of which plans are having the most trouble.

If an account was added in 2025, you would be able to set the account to ignore for the 2024 plan year, so it does not show on the 2024 Trust Accounting Status Report.
