Features and Improvements

Filter Search Auto-focus: We have added automatic focus to the search input when you open a filter panel anywhere in the application. This was done to reduce extra clicks and speed up filtering—you can start typing as soon as the filter opens. For you, this means faster navigation and less friction when filtering projects, tasks, clients, or other lists throughout the platform.

Project Status Filter: Multi-Select We have updated the project status filter to support multiple statuses at once using checkboxes instead of a single selection. Multiple clients had requested the ability to filter projects by more than one status (e.g., "In Progress" and "Review") in a single view. You can now select several statuses together when viewing your project and task lists, so you can see exactly the mix of work you need without applying the filter repeatedly.

Bulk Participant Actions: We have introduced bulk actions for census participants so you can update many participants at once. When you use "More > Bulk actions" on a participant list, you can now mark participants as inactive. Support Guide

Multiple Payroll Client Controls: We have added a client-level setting that allows you to enable multiple payroll connections per plan sponsor. On the client overview page (above the notes field), a new "Enable Multiple Payroll Connections" option lets you turn this on when your service agreement supports it; when enabled, plan sponsors can connect more than one payroll in the Client Portal.

Bug Fixes and Performance Improvements:

Live Service Tracker Duplicate Entries: Resolved an issue where the live service tracker could show the same person multiple times.

Re-Applying Search Filter: Fixed a bug where changing search criteria and clicking Apply again could break the filter state; filters now update correctly when you re-apply with new search terms.

Client Portal Unable to Add Additional Owners: Fixed an issue where typing an SSN and selecting a name in the owner flow did not add the owner; selection and add flow now work as expected.

Use Last Year's Record Clearing Other Fields: Fixed a bug where using "Use last year's record" in one field could clear prior-year information in other fields on the same form.

3(16) Payroll Processing Project: First Automation Not Running – Resolved an issue where the first automation in the 3(16) payroll processing project was not running for plans with mapped payrolls and a dedicated payroll submissions project.

Payroll Export Date Range: Fixed date range handling so that exported payroll data matches the selected pay period start and end dates on the payroll screen.

SharePoint Import Not Importing Files: Resolved an issue where SharePoint import was not successfully bringing files into the system.

Date of Hire Inactive Logic: Updated inactive employee logic so that employees with a termination date but no date of hire are correctly marked inactive in payroll reporting.

Client Portal Unable to Select Owner by SSN Search: Fixed an issue where searching by last four of SSN on the Owner & Officers page did not allow selecting the person from prior-year census; search and selection now work correctly.

Client Portal Owner Selection SSN Display: We have updated the Client Portal so that participant SSNs are not shown when they are missing or invalid.
